Q: Do you ship outside of the US?

A: Yes! We use USPS priority flat rate boxes to ship internationally. Shipping internationally costs $15-17 USD and should take 1-3 weeks depending on your location. Let us know if you would prefer we ship your package through another carrier like UPS, or Fedex.

Q: Does Woodville offer wholesale pricing for customs?

A: Yes! If you want to order 10 or more of the same design we can offer you a discount based on your order. Please email us at WoodvilleINC@gmail.com

Q: What is the typical turn around for a custom piece?

A: The turn around for most custom requests is about 2-3 weeks. Our turn around time depends on the complexity of your order and how heavy our current work load is. Each custom order form has a time frame estimate that is updated based on our workload. If you need your order by a specific date please let us know and we will try to accommodate you.

Q: I have a situation in which I need to have my piece done in less than 7 days. Is that possible?

A: Yes, sometimes it is possible to get a piece done in less than 7 days but we may charge you a rush fee depending on the situation.

Q: Why do the custom prices say $__ “and up”?

A: Custom pricing is very hard to articulate because of its flexible nature. We cannot give a set price without knowing exactly what you are asking for. The main thing that effects custom pricing is the amount of design work required by Woodville to create your piece. The more complicated the design, the more we charge.

For example, a custom piece of just a triangle will cost significantly less than a custom piece with a design of Chinese dragon.

Also, special requests such as multi colored pendants, crystals and multicolor beads will cost extra.

Q: What is Woodville’s return policy?

A: We do not accept returns on custom orders. If you do not like your piece we will re-do it until you are satisfied. If there is something wrong with your piece please bring it back and we will fix it or replace it. Woodville does not take returns for worn jewelry.

Q: My chain/bracelet broke! What do I do?

A: Bring it back to us and we will fix it for FREE as long as it was not excessively abused in order to cause it to break. If you do abuse your Woodville product and want us to repair it we can do so for a small fee.

Q: How can I talk to someone on the phone about my order?

A: If you have questions and would like to speak to someone on the phone, please call or text Julie (919) 923 4284 (Mon,Tues,Thurs, Fri – Noon-9pm EST and Wed – 4-9pm EST)

Q: Can Woodville make wood rings or earrings?

A: Yes! We just don’t have many examples on the site yet. but please fill out an order form and we’ll hook you up!

Q: Can Woodville make wood sunglasses or I phone cases?

A: Yes… but not yet… we will not start making sunglasses or I phone cases until we get enough demand for them. If you would like us to start making them, please send us an email at WoodvilleINC@gmail.com
