If you would like to inquire about a custom design, please fill out the order form below.  We handle all custom requests in the order they are received.

• Custom dog tag pricing starts at $35 plus shipping    ($8.95 in the US. (Canada is $20, All other countries are $24)
• We  add on $20-30 to add color to your dog tags.
• Please refer to the about our customs page for more details

FORM SUBMIT

• Once the below form is submitted, within a few days we will contact you to iron out the details of your order, give you a price quote and instructions on how to pay.
• Right now our custom orders will take about 4 weeks to complete after payment is received. (note that this time frame will change depending on how busy we are)
• Special requests and bulk requests may take longer.

(Vector files [.ai or .eps] are preferred. Photoshop files are also helpful. Otherwise, the larger/higher res the image is, the better.)
